Mind Body Healing Workshop!

This 40-minute video will take you on a journey through releasing emotions by working with the body. You’ll also be guided through a mantra meditation.

Feel free to use this video as a standalone yoga practice or to learn the techniques and use them to enhance your own practice.

PROPS NEEDED: Two blocks, if you have them. A rolled up blanket or yoga mat if you don’t have blocks. A tennis ball or something round. A yoga strap, or a towel or belt if you don’t have one.

WARNING: Some of the poses are a little intense. Don’t do anything that causes pain. Discomfort yes, sharp pain, no. Listen to your body and modify when needed! If you need help with a modification, email me.
